Porsche Panamera Turbo Claims to 7:56 Nurburgring Lap Time
The fresh 4 door from Porsche would dislocate the Cadillac CTS-V as the tussle between
Porsche’s intense rivalry with Nissan over Nurburgring lap times have cooled.
A new rivalry emerges with Cadillac this time and the CTS-V. A statement up-and-coming from Germany today says that the Panamera Turbo overlapping the

Nurburgring in 7:56 minutes which is only above 3 seconds quicker than the American umber-sedan. Alternatively, lap times at the Nurburgring are no doubt a good measure of real-world performance, but it cannot be considered as the end-all-be-all.

This only means taking the mantle as best ever lap time for a manufacture sedan, since the CTS-V bears that title now. Porsche has not yet affirmed the time described by Sport Auto, nor has it issued its own times for the car, so it will persist to be considered if this is the final word.
