BMW’s twin-turbo V8 is to replace V10 of Wiesmann
Since BMW gave up the V10 engine, which Wiesmann was obtaining from the brand, the German forte marque determined to improve the engine offers on both the MF4 and MF5 with two versions of BMW’s 4.4 liter, twin-turbo V8.
The MF4 will now be equipped with that straight shot, twin-turbo BMW 4.4l V8 petrol engine. The engine capacity now will be4,395 cm³ and 407 PS that is 300kW at 5,500 to 6,400 rpm. 0 to 100 km/h occurs in 4.6 seconds and top speed is 291 km/h that is 181 mph.
And whilst performing so, these hand-crafted sports cars generate a matchless concerto of sound, control and pure driving pleasure.
The MF5 will obtain the X5 M and X6 M action with the control plant now forced to 555 PS which is 408 kW. It takes hardly 3.9 seconds for the MF5 to achieve the 100 km/h target from a station set up and top speed is 311 km/h which is 193 mph.
The fresh engines make the MF5 prototype serial the most sinewy Wiesmann cars which is incomparable.
The Wiesmann MF3 will retain its present 6-cylinder power plant, parting the classic two-seater unaffected for cognoscenti of the auto manufacturer for individuals.
