Lexus constructs lower-tax IS 220d

Lexus has produced its IS 220d less costly to run and also has made it kinder to the environment.
It has condensed the 175bhp diesel’s carbon dioxide discharges, bringing it down a tax band and also bettering its fuel consumption. The IS 220d now releases 148g/km, which brings it down to the tax band C and decreases tax for company car users by up to £1,335 a year.
Fuel consumption has amended from 46.3mpg to 50.4mpg, though functioning is unaffected: it is still capable to do 135mph and 0-62mph in 8.9 seconds.
Prices for the IS 220d stays unaffected, which starts from £22,015.
